Marinated beef strips stir-fried with soy sauce, chopped red onions, tomatoes, and hand cut French fries. Served with rice on the side.

Papa a la Huancaina (appetizer)

Boiled potatoes in a spicy, creamy white cheese sauce. Sauteed or grilled yellow Peruvian pepper, red onions, and garlic. $10

Tallarines Verdes

A delicious blend of fresh spinach, feta cheese, and basil leaves, tossed in spaghetti. Add beef for an additional $5.
